Repairs
We repair a wide range of devices including iPhones, Samsung and Android smartphones, iPads, tablets, MacBooks, and laptops. If you are unsure whether we can fix your device, give us a call and we will let you know.
Most screen and battery repairs are completed within 30 to 60 minutes. More complex repairs such as water damage, motherboard issues, or MacBook repairs may take longer. We will give you an estimated timeframe when you book.
Yes! Our technician can come to your home or office to carry out the repair on the spot. Simply call us to book an appointment and we will confirm a time that works for you.
Yes, we strongly recommend backing up your device before any repair. While we take every precaution to protect your data, some repairs carry a small risk of data loss and we are not responsible for any data lost during the repair process.
We do offer water damage assessment and repair services. However, water-damaged devices do not come with a warranty as the outcome can be unpredictable. Physical or liquid damage will void any existing repair warranty.
Yes, we can assess and repair devices previously worked on by other technicians. Our warranty will only cover the specific work we perform.

Screen repairs (phones, iPads, tablets): Lifetime Warranty
Battery replacement (phones, iPads, tablets): 6-Month Warranty
MacBook and laptop screen and battery: 12-Month Warranty
All other parts replacement: 12-Month Warranty
Mobile accessories (chargers, cables, power banks, etc.): 12-Month Warranty
Water-damaged devices: No warranty
The warranty is immediately voided by physical damage (drops, cracks), liquid or water damage occurring after the repair, unauthorised third-party repairs, and normal wear and tear. The warranty only covers defects in the parts we used and faults from our workmanship.

Pricing & Payment
Repair pricing varies depending on the device model and type of repair. Contact us for a quote — we will always give you an upfront price before any work begins.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as online payment through our website. Contact us to confirm available payment options for on-site repairs.
Always. We provide a full quote before proceeding with any repair. If additional issues are discovered during the repair, we will contact you before carrying out any extra work.

Standard Shipping: $10.95 — estimated 2 to 7 business days.
Express Shipping: $14.95 — estimated 2 to 4 business days.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au/track.
Yes! Select Click and Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our store at Shop 17A, Oxford Village, 55/73 Oxford St, Surry Hills NSW 2010. We will notify you when your order is ready.
At this stage we ship within Australia only.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1 to 3 business days. It may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
