Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carrier

  • We exclusively use Australia Post for all deliveries.
  • All orders are dispatched from our Sydney location.
  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping Options and Rates

Orders Over $99

  • Free Express Shipping via Australia Post.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.

Orders Under $99

  • Standard Shipping: $10.95 flat rate — estimated 2–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate — estimated 2–4 business days.
  • Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect for customers who prefer to pick up their order in store. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au/track.

Important Information

  • Correct Shipping Address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will help resolve the issue with Australia Post.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
