Our repair warranty covers defects in replacement parts and workmanship. Mobile phone, iPad and tablet screen repairs have 12 months of cover; their battery replacements have 6 months. MacBook and laptop screen and battery replacements, and all other parts replacements, have 12 months of cover.
Our repair warranty does not cover devices with pre-existing water damage, new liquid or physical damage, unauthorised repairs after our service, normal wear, or unrelated software faults. These warranty terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our full warranty policy.
Most common repairs, such as mobile phone screen or battery replacements, are completed on the same day. More complex issues involving motherboard microsoldering or extensive data recovery may take longer. We always provide an honest timeframe after our initial diagnostic.
For standard hardware repairs like screen or battery replacements, your data typically remains intact. However, if your device has software issues or motherboard damage, we recommend our specialist data recovery service. We use advanced techniques to protect and retrieve your vital files and memories whenever possible.
Walk-ins are welcome at our single Surry Hills store at Oxford Village. Contact us first to check parts and availability for your device. On-site visits require a confirmed appointment and are limited to our listed service areas.
Many shops only handle basic part replacements. Because we specialise in advanced motherboard repairs and microsoldering, we can often fix devices that have been written off by others due to water damage or complex circuit faults.
We offer on-site visits only in our listed service areas. Please provide your address, device and fault so we can confirm repair suitability, parts and appointment availability before booking. Our only physical store is in Surry Hills at Oxford Village, and in-store customers are welcome from any suburb or state.
