Our repair warranty covers defects in replacement parts and workmanship. Mobile phone, iPad and tablet screen repairs have 12 months of cover; their battery replacements have 6 months. MacBook and laptop screen and battery replacements, and all other parts replacements, have 12 months of cover.
Our repair warranty does not cover devices with pre-existing water damage, new liquid or physical damage, unauthorised repairs after our service, normal wear, or unrelated software faults. These warranty terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our full warranty policy.
Most common repairs, such as mobile phone screen or battery replacements, are completed on the same day. More complex issues involving motherboard microsoldering or extensive data recovery may take longer. We always provide an honest timeframe after our initial diagnostic.
